Policies & Guidelines
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Please review all policies carefully before booking.
No Smoking / No Drugs
Smoking and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Violation results in immediate trip termination with no refund.
No Food Consumption
Food is not permitted inside any vehicle. Beverages in sealed containers may be allowed at the driver's discretion.
Damage & Sanitation Fees
Client is responsible for $300 per burn/stain and a $1,000 sanitation fee for any bodily fluid contamination.
Driver's Right to Terminate
Our chauffeurs reserve the right to terminate any trip immediately due to unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior.
Overtime & Wait Time
Additional charges apply for time exceeding the reserved hours. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments.
Payment Policy
A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Remaining balance is due prior to or on the date of service.
Mechanical & Weather Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by mechanical failures, extreme weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Airport Trip Policy
For inbound flights, we track your flight in real time. Please provide accurate flight information at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Outbound Airport Trips
Must cancel at least 12 hours before scheduled pickup.
Inbound Airport Trips
Must cancel at least 12 hours before scheduled pickup.
No-Shows
Full fare charged plus 20% gratuity. No exceptions.
All Other Reservations
Must cancel at least 7 days prior to the event date for a refund of any remaining balance.
COVID-19 Cancellations
Same cancellation rules apply. Deposits remain non-refundable.
Trips Not Cancelled Within Timeframes
Full charge will apply for any trip not cancelled within the stated timeframes.
